About FLC 3.0
Critical appraisal tools (FLC 3.0) have been developed by Basque Office for Health Technology Assessment, Ministry of Health from de Basque Government.
FLC 3.0 is a web application designed to support the development of systematic reviews of the scientific evidence providing tools for quality assessment of scientific studies and evidence synthesis.

The German translation was prepared by the German Institute for Medical Documentation and Information (DIMDI) and Rheinische Fachhochschule Köln (RFH) in Germany, and the French translation by L'Instance Nationale de l'Evaluation et de l'Accréditation en Santé (INEAS) in Tunisia.

This web application has been developed by OSTEBA (Basque Office for Health Technology Assessment) in the framework of the Spanish Ministry of Health, Consumer Affairs and Social Welfare for the development of the annual work plan of the Spanish Network of Agencies for Assessing National Health System Technologies and Performance of the Spanish Health System approved in the plenary of the Interterritorial Board of 8 November 2017 (subject to the agreement of the Council of Ministers of 1 December 2017).
